Refund & Return Policy
At Digital School Time (DST), we aim to ensure customer satisfaction.
Return Conditions:
Returns are accepted only if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Size or color mismatch
Non-Returnable Items:
- Books (except defective/wrong product)
- Used products
Return Request:
Customer must request return within 3 days of delivery with proof (photo/video).
Refund Process:
- Refund will be processed after product inspection
- Refund timeline: 7–15 working days
- Refund will be issued to original payment method
Shipping Charges:
Customer may bear return shipping cost unless mistake is from our side.
